This app reflects Amida Care's dedication to delivering top-tier care and well-coordinated services to its members. By joining the digital member community, users gain access to self-service features and are able to engage with the Member Services team at their convenience to manage their Amida Care plan and services personally.

Key functionalities of the My Amida Care app include:

• Accessing and requesting a new Amida Care ID card
• Viewing member incentives
• Accessing member resources, information, and forms
• Viewing frequently asked questions
• Updating personal profile information
• Sending requests to Member Services, viewing responses, and checking request history

About Amida Care:

Amida Care is a nonprofit community health plan dedicated to offering comprehensive health coverage and well-coordinated care to Medicaid members at risk for or living with HIV, as well as individuals with other complex conditions and behavioral health disorders. Currently serving 8,000 members across New York City's five boroughs, including those living with HIV/AIDS, individuals experiencing homelessness irrespective of HIV status, and individuals of transgender experience without regard to HIV status.
